Head of EU Public Policy, Mozilla
Raegan is Head of EU Public Policy at Mozilla. Originally from Canada, she is based in Brussels, and covers a range of tech-policy issues including privacy, data protection, copyright, and disinformation. Prior to joining Mozilla, Raegan founded and led Access Now’s Brussels office; and prior to that, she worked at European Digital Rights (EDRi). Raegan is a graduate of the University of Vienna and the University of Leipzig, where she received her Masters in Global Studies. Raegan is Chair of the Board of the Digital Freedom Fund (DFF) and a board member of EDRi. She is also a member of the European Commission appointed High Level Expert Group on “Fake News” and the Multistakeholder Forum on Disinformation.
