Steering Committee

The Steering Committee determines the overall strategy of the D4D Coalition and works collaboratively to elevate to technology companies the diverse perspectives of global civil society activists, journalists, political candidates, election observers, marginalized groups, and other democracy practitioners. It currently consists of the following organizations: 

• International Foundation for Electoral Systems
• International IDEA
• International Republican Institute
• Internews
• National Democratic Institute

The National Democratic Institute serves as the permanent secretariat of the Steering Committee.
